Respiratory Therapy Supervisor: Leadership in Patient Care
University Health
University Health is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to join our leadership team at our academic medical center. This role focuses on staff development, clinical supervision, and operational excellence to deliver high quality patient care. The supervisor will oversee technical staff on a shift, ensure therapy is accurate, manage equipment and supplies, and maintain compliance with policies.
