Bilingual Production Supervisor– Sheet Metal Fabrication

-Location: Santa Ana, CA

-Pay: $70-90k/year DOE

-Schedule: 2nd shift Full-Time

*Must have sheet metal fabrication experience and be bilingual (English & Spanish)

-We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced sheet metal fabrication environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in fabrication, production scheduling, and team development. This position is responsible for driving productivity, ensuring quality, meeting production deadlines, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

-Qualifications
•Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a sheet metal fabrication or metal manufacturing environment.
•Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, production flow, and manufacturing operations.
•Experience reading blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
•Proven ability to lead teams, improve productivity, and meet production deadlines.
•Experience with ERP or manufacturing software is preferred.
•Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
•Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
