Community Manager

Rohnert Park, CA | $40 to $45 per hour | Temp-to-Hire

We are hiring an experienced Community Manager to lead operations for a residential community in Rohnert Park. This priority opening requires a hands-on leader who can oversee property performance, resident satisfaction, and team operations while maintaining a high standard of service.
Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations
  
• Lead leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination efforts
  
• Manage occupancy goals, renewals, and resident retention initiatives
  
• Review financial performance and support property budgeting processes
  
• Supervise on-site staff and foster a positive team environment
  
• Ensure compliance with property management policies and regulations
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience preferred
  
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly desired
  
• Entrata experience preferred; Yardi experience acceptable
  
• Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
  
• Proven ability to work independently and drive results
  
• Resident-focused mindset with excellent customer service skills
