Area Restaurant Coach: Lead & Develop Top-Performing Stores

Taco Bell

Shreveport, LA

Taco Bell Area Coach role across 5–10 restaurants in the Shreveport area provides leadership and direct supervision to ensure units meet operating plans. You will coach RGMs and AGMs, drive guest satisfaction, margin improvement and employee engagement, and model company standards in food safety, product specs and facilities.

You may perform hands‑on coaching, participate in product rollouts, and allocate capital to high‑priority needs while developing a strong management bench and ensuring
