Cancellation Policy: If low census or for other reasons the Client may from time to call off or cancel a Supplemental Staff for a scheduled shift. The Client may call off or cancel a maximum of three (3) shifts per 13 weeks without payment or penalty. For any cancelled shifts greater than three (3) per Supplemental Staff Assignment that are called off or cancelled, Subcontractor will bill Stability and Stability will pay the hourly contracted rate per hour for the full shift called off or cancelled.
