Project Manager - Construction/Environmental

Job Description Professional and quality driven environmental remediation contractor that provides environmental field services throughout the Mid Atlantic region and beyond is seeking a seasoned leader to manage complex and technical environmental clean up projects. Candidates must have a minimum five (5) years experience with environmental remediation, project management or construction related jobs. Responsibility include oversight of all day‑to‑day project work activities, supervision of a team of equipment operators, field technicians, site vendors and subcontractors, and ability to interact with clients, engineers, regulators, etc. Ability to develop and manage schedules, track costs, read blueprints, complete and submit project submittals is essential. Assignments include environmental clean up involving hazardous and non‑hazardous wastes. Projects entail site remediation & restoration, demolition, confined space environments, site construction activities including earth moving, backfilling, pipe installation, grading, capping and industrial related services. A "hands on" approach is required. Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations is helpful but not required. Emphasis on Health & Safety. This position requires overnight travel, good computer skills and strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
