Experience 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. ADN completion required. Requirements Candidates must have an Illinois license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health and no current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health. Additional Details Required Skills / Experience: Skill in medication administration and evaluating medication effects. Skill in preparing patients for procedures and managing post-operative care. Skill in IV venipuncture and blood administration. Required Credentials: College Diploma of Nursing. Associate’s Degree (Community College, MBO). Special Requests: Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted. Shift & Scheduling Weekend Shift: Rotation Holiday Shifts: Rotation Floating Requirement Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations. Floats to various inpatient units including Medical-Oncology, Surgical-Ortho, Cardiovascular Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, Mental Health Unit, and Acute Rehab. Details AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
