What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As the Cat Boarding Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our boarding facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a key holder, ensuring the facility is secure and operational during your shifts.
- Leading and supporting the team to deliver exceptional care to our feline guests.
- Overseeing daily operations, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring the health and well-being of the cats in our care.
- Providing excellent customer service to cat owners, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both cats and customers.

You will interact with all aspects of the front desk to include: Reservations, Vaccines , customer service and various communications.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- A genuine love for cats and a commitment to their well-being.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Reliability and trustworthiness, especially in your role as a key holder.
