Schedule Information
- Monday-Thursday
- 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
- Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience required
- Previous manufacturing or production welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and welding specifications
- Experience using grinders, welding machines, and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to perform final inspections of completed welds
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Load and unload parts from robotic welding equipment
- Repair missing or incomplete welds using MIG welding techniques
- Perform final inspections to ensure completed parts meet quality standards
- Stack finished products onto pallets using lift-assist equipment as needed
- Operate grinders, welding equipment, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Identify and report quality or equipment concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines
Crown Staffing is seeking experienced MIG Welders for a manufacturing facility in Shelbyville, KY. This position is responsible for supporting robotic welding operations by loading and unloading parts, completing weld repairs, inspecting finished products, and preparing materials for shipment.
