Welder / FabricatorSchedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMThe RoleWe are seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to handle production welding, precision fabrication, and quality assurance for lightweight, mission-critical hose and fitting components.What You Will DoWeld metal and aluminum components accurately while maintaining strict quality and production standards.Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal and aluminum surfaces.Utilize fabrication skills across all production phases, providing input on assembly order, design, materials, and fixtures.Conceptualize, design, and build custom fixtures and jigs to streamline the fabrication process.Read, analyze, annotate, and mark up customer blueprints and technical diagrams for future reference.What You Will BringHigh School diploma or equivalent required; formal certification in welding techniques required.3–5 years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience (aluminum and steel).Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, welding diagrams, and engineering symbols.Understanding of fabrication processes, hand tools, and custom fixture design.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $28.00 Per Hour
