Metadata Developer

To support enterprise-wide Data Governance and Metadata Management initiatives, the remote Metadata Developer will develop, configure, and maintain metadata management solutions within a Property & Casualty Insurance environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance metadata capabilities. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain frameworks for Business Metadata, Technical Metadata, Data Lineage, and Critical Data Elements (CDE) Configure and administer Collibra workflows, assets, domains, and governance processes Design and implement metadata ingestion and integration processes across enterprise data platforms Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Metadata Management, or Data Management 3+ years of hands-on experience with Collibra Experience integrating metadata platforms with Databricks Unity Catalog and cloud-based data ecosystems Strong SQL and data modeling skills
