Could you be our next Pharmacy Technician - Inpatient at Lankenau Medical Center? Shifts are assigned to either inpatient pharmacy operations or medication reconciliation services, depending on staffing needs. Why work as a Pharmacy Technician with Main Line Health?

Be on the cutting edge of patient care as a Pharmacy Technician, working alongside a Registered Pharmacist to fill and deliver medication orders, prepare IV medications, inspect and organize inventory, and assist with completing medication reconciliation for admitted patients throughout the hospital. Position: Pharmacy Technician - Inpatient
Shift: Evening shift 2:30p-11p. Every 4th weekend commitment
Experience: Previous hospital pharmacy technician experience preferred.
Education: 1. High school diploma or equivalent, along with a strong background in math, is required. 2. Ability to learn and become proficient in the use of computers, aseptic technique for IV preparations, and medications routinely stocked in the pharmacy, as necessary.
Licensures/Certifications: Effective May 1, 2020: Must be certified Pharmacy Tech or be enrolled in accredited Pharmacy program or progressing towards PharmD.
