Job Summary Product Manager - Medium Voltage (ANSI/IEEE) will manage the product offering focused on the development and success in the Commercial, Industrial, and Data Center markets. The role supports business growth, coordinates with Vertiv Regional Business teams, and implements strategies to achieve business goals. Key tasks include prioritizing product and customer requirements, developing and executing product roadmaps, and defining global go‑to‑market and marketing plans. The position reports to the VP – Global Switchgear and interacts with field and account sales teams in the US and global regions, sales operations, and business leadership executives. Candidate must be available to work onsite at Anderson, SC. Responsibilities Gain deep insight into market and business trends that impact customers and their solutions. Lead and coordinate the global business case positioning Vertiv for growth in target segments. Establish and manage product pricing in line with customer and Vertiv requirements. Partner with sales teams to ensure close collaboration of technical requirements and business opportunities. Collaborate with sales leadership on target market opportunities, defining unique product features and marketing requirements for growth. Research market, industry, and competitive trends. Track and provide offering trend analysis and insights to Product Marketing and Global Offering Management Teams. Support regional marketing programs to address market opportunities and customer needs. Represent Vertiv at customer meetings and industry trade events related to target product segments. Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline. 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, technical sales, or business management. Professional experience with switchgear and/or data center industry is a plus. Experience with data analysis and ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences. Demonstrated competence in visual and verbal communication, problem solving, and project management. Positive, goal‑oriented, data‑driven, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
