Recruiter

The Temporary Recruiter provides full-cycle recruiting support for exempt and non-exempt positions. This role is responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, managing the interview process, coordinating hiring activities, and ensuring timely placement of talent. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities sManage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from requisition through offer acceptance .Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies .Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels .Screen resumes and conduct phone or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications .Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams .Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information .Extend offers and coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and onboarding documentation .Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies .Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs .Provide regular recruiting updates and hiring metrics to management .Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed Qualifications nsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferre d.2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experienc e.Experience recruiting for administrative, professional, technical, manufacturing, healthcare, or other industry-specific roles is a plu s.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, UKG, Greenhouse, iCIMS, ADP, or simila r.Strong sourcing and interviewing skill s.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilitie s.Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadline s.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Team Preferred Skills llisExperience supporting high-volume recruiti ng.Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practic es.Strong relationship-building and customer service skil ls.Ability to work independently with minimal supervisi on.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing too ls.
