Senior HVAC Service Technician -Up to 3k Sign-on Bonus

Senior HVAC Service Technician - $35-$45/hour Air Force One is looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician with 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience. The HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance and service repairs on refrigeration and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship and/or formal training in HVAC preferred. 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred. Universal EPA Certification required. OSHA certification required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Clean background check required. Responsibilities Provide maximum customer service and professional communication to all associates and customers. Effectively communicate with clients and team members. Working knowledge of temperature/pressure charts. Read thermometers and gauges, record readings. Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital signals. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Responsibilities Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on the following types of HVAC systems: Exhaust fans, circulating pumps, unit heaters, VAV boxes, split systems (1–5 Ton), 1 PH package units, 1–5 Ton 1 PH systems with scroll and sealed hermetic compressors, single‑phase & three‑phase motors, heating systems with atmospheric burners and induced draft motors, all residential furnaces, medium‑temperature refrigeration systems, cooling towers, direct and indirect fired makeup air units, built‑up air handlers, variable frequency drives, ductless split systems. Low‑temperature refrigeration systems, boiler systems (low pressure), hydronic & steam boiler systems with power burners, air‑cooled chillers, rotary‑screw compressors, pneumatic air compressors and systems.
