Job Description
The Restaurant Line Cook/Cook II is responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and quality standards. This role involves ensuring food safety, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience within the shift hours of 0900-1730.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory and stock management to minimize waste
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor food quality and presentation before service
