A key responsibility is to deliver memorable and pleasing client experiences by constantly anticipating needs and approaching challenges with a positive attitude.The Coordinator works closely with the Operations team, focusing on the essential tasks of catering and event setup and breakdown, as well as contributing to problem-solving and needs forecasting. Above all, the Coordinator is expected to embody the brand's spirit and enjoy the work.This is an on-site role in Irvine, CA. Flexible availability is needed Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 2 PM.Key Responsibilities:Embody the Cater2.me brand and values in all customer interactionsArrive at client sites in a timely manner to facilitate food setup and cleanupOversee the meal service and replenish food as needed quickly and in a professional mannerKeep the area tidy and presentable at all timesWork closely with our Operations team to help problem-solve issues that come up during the meal serviceInteract with clients in an open and hospitable mannerAnswer questions regarding ingredients and allergensProvide meal feedback daily through our web portal to improve future menu planningBe our eyes and ears on the ground, relaying information to and from clients and vendors to our Account Managers to help optimize the client meal experienceSkills and Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredCurrent Food Handler's Card or the ability to obtain one by start datePunctuality, self-motivation, and the ability to work skillfully under pressureStrong communication skills and a tenacious personalityAbility to safely lift 25+ poundsAbility to stand for at least 4 hoursAvailability for weekday lunch shiftsBackground in customer service, hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping, and retail preferredAbility to speak multiple languages is a plusCompensation and Benefits:Hourly Rate: $24-$27 per hourA great group of people to work with!To be part of an organization that truly lives its valuesA NOTE TO CANDIDATES:Acacia NPU INC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
