Performance Food Group is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead strategic sourcing across key food and supply categories in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment. This role oversees supplier selection, contract negotiation, and category strategies that balance cost, quality, and service for restaurant, healthcare, and retail customers. The Director partners closely with operations, logistics, and sales to forecast demand, manage risk, and ensure product availability. You will lead a team, develop KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while supporting PFG’s safety-first, performance-driven, and customer-focused culture.
