Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Current certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT - MRI)
• Valid license to practice in Virginia (or eligible to obtain)
• Demonstrated proficiency and recent experience operating MRI scanners
• Strong knowledge of imaging safety procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients and staff
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Acquire high-quality MRI scans as ordered, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout
• Assist physicians in evaluating imaging results and collaborate with care teams
• Properly calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot MRI equipment
• Document procedures accurately and maintain detailed patient records
• Adhere to all facility protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations
