As a Pediatrician at Clinica Medica Familiar, you ll play a vital role in providing medical care for children from birth through adolescence. Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary : $230,000 annual base salary
• Productivity Bonus : $50,000 annually
• CME Allowance : $1,000 annually for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
• Paid Time Off : 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
• CME/Personal Time : 5 additional days for CME or personal use
• Licensing and DEA : Covered by the practice
• Paid Holidays : 7 paid holidays annually
• Sick Days : 5 sick days per year
• Health and Dental Insurance : Comprehensive coverage
• Malpractice Insurance with tail coverage : Included
• Retirement Plan : 401(k) with employer contributions
