Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Acute Rehab Specialist with a passion for providing high-quality care to patients recovering from serious injuries or illnesses. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in inpatient acute rehabilitation and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their rehabilitation needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to facilitate patient recovery and improve functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process and provide support throughout their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient acute rehabilitation.
• Certification and training as required by the relevant professional body.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Travel Requirements

Position requires candidates to be willing to travel within a 75-mile radius.
