Senior Accountant
Location: El Paso, TX (Onsite Daily) Salary: $60,000 annually
About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in El Paso. This is a fully onsite position requiring a hands-on professional with strong GAAP knowledge, leadership experience, and a proven track record of stability and accuracy in accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee daily accounting activities in accordance with GAAP
- Manage and execute cash reconciliations with a high level of accuracy
- Review financial data and ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Supervise and support accounting staff, providing guidance and leadership
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Utilize Excel for reporting, analysis, and data management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university
- 45 years of hands-on accounting experience (GAAP required)
- Strong expertise in cash reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated career stability
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
