Staff Program Manager — People M&A Automation & Platform

Databricks is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead the People M&A engine in San Francisco. You will oversee end-to-end deal projects, drive automation, and standardize the playbook across Talent Acquisition, Benefits, PeopleOps, and Global Mobility to ensure a seamless Day 1 experience for new hires. You will bridge Corporate Development with functional People teams, thinking from first principles, balancing strategic planning with fast, high-velocity execution to scale our M&A #J-18808-Ljbffr Databricks
