Cardinal Staffing is hiring mid shift PACKERS for a thriving food manufacturing company that specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality baked goods and other delectable food products.

Job Summary:
As a 2nd Shift Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient packaging of a diverse range of food products. Your attention to detail and dedication will be crucial in maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully pack finished products into appropriate containers, bags, or boxes
- Operate packaging equipment and machinery with precision and care
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support the production process
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Working Conditions:
This is a 2nd shift hybrid schedule with ability to train on 1st for a few days. 8am-4pm moving to 11am-7pm. The work environment is a fast-paced, climate-controlled production facility. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits:
- $16 per hour
