About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and results-oriented Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead its performance-driven marketing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated digital marketing strategy that enhances customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across all owned and paid channels. This senior leadership role demands a professional with a proven track record in scaling performance marketing programs and owned channel strategies, particularly in a direct-to-consumer, retail, or e-commerce environment. The VP will oversee performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, and affiliate, and will be tasked with managing a significant media budget to ensure strong ROAS, CAC efficiency, and measurable incrementality to brand revenue. The role also involves owning the strategy for email, SMS, and push notification programs, and requires a leader with deep expertise in these areas. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive digital marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior leadership role, and a strong background in agency management. They should be adept at fostering a culture of innovation, building high-performing teams, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to ensure that marketing is integrated with the broader customer experience and brand strategy. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus, and a passion for fashion, brand, and culture, particularly in line with the company's aesthetic and customer.
