Teaching opportunities include:Med Surg ClinicalsMental Health ClinicalsWhat You'll Do:Nursing Adjunct Faculty support student achievement of course objectives while modeling Arizona College of Nursing's values of Passion, Adaptability, Accountability, Integrity, and Excellence.Responsibilities may include:Teach and evaluate students in a clinical setting; lab/simulation and/or didactic opportunities may be available on occasionCreate an engaging learning environment that supports academic progression and professional socializationAssess student learning, provide timely feedback, and support remediation of at-risk studentsCollaborate with Course Lead Faculty on curriculum delivery, student success plans, and program evaluationMaintain accurate student and clinical documentation and comply with FERPA and college policiesCommunicate professionally with students, faculty, and clinical partnersAttend required orientations, faculty meetings, and clinical site briefingsAdditional expectations:Coach students on leadership, ethics, communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and professionalismConnect students with campus resources to support successPerform other duties as assignedWhat We Need From You:Master's- and/or doctorate-level nursing degree3+ years of recent direct RN-level patient care experienceFlexibility to teach clinicals required; flexibility to teach labs and/or didactic courses in other areas of the nursing curriculum is strongly preferred.What We Are Offering You:$85/hr. for adjunct faculty Full-time employees have access to our comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, generous PTO and more Opportunities for professional development.
