As a Burger King Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and efficient restaurant environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders. Prepare and assemble food items according to Burger King standards and recipes. Operate cash register, handle transactions accurately, and provide correct change. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining room, kitchen, and restrooms. Stock and replenish supplies as needed. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily operational goals. Adhere to all Onvo and Burger King policies and procedures. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic math skills for handling cash and making change. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Must be at least 16 years of age. Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
