Physical Therapist (DPT) | Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports Rehabilitation
Plantation, Florida | Full-Time Permanent
Radius Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Doctor of Physical Therapy for a full-time opportunity with an outpatient rehabilitation practice in Plantation, Florida. This role offers clinical autonomy, personalized patient care, and the opportunity to help patients recover from injury and return to their daily activities and athletic goals. New graduates and experienced physical therapists are welcome. Mentorship and continued professional development support are available.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation

- Flexible scheduling options, including four 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide therapeutic exercise, hands-on treatment, and patient education
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment to support functional recovery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
