Apex has an opportunity for a Project Manager for one of our top clients. Here are the details:

Position: Project Manager

Location: Stamford, CT (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months - Contract to Hire

The successful Project Manager will be joining the Billing PMO Customer Operations Team. This specific team handles all the billing related projects. This person needs to be an extrovert project manager capable of handling setting up and leading meetings, sending out notes and following up on action items, project tracking/planning along with noting risks/issue mitigation plans and has strong verbal and email communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
• Accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
• Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
• Establishes effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.
• Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
• Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
• Responsible for the preparation of documentation, status reports, and budgets.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Project Management Experience
• Background of business analyst skillsets (documenting, BRDs)
• Experience using Jira, Smartsheets, MS Project or Other Project Planning Tools
• Self motivated- open to feedback
• Experience managing multiple projects at an enterprise level (typically 6+ projects)
