Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 12 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required. License: Current RN license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS Description: Provide nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical and telemetry unit. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care practices. Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records. Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
