Job Description

**Drive Operational Excellence Across Clinical and Research Operations**

General Summary:

As a Group Practice Manager, you'll orchestrate seamless operations of ambulatory clinics, research initiatives, and inpatient functions. You'll lead the implementation of strategic departmental and satellite initiatives, collaborate with leadership on financial and operational planning, and manage multiple priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You'll serve as a key representative for the Department, Specialty, and Business Unit on internal and external committees, champion community involvement initiatives, and spearhead strategic projects that enhance operational efficiency. Throughout your tenure, you'll communicate effectively with employees, physicians, leadership, and external stakeholders, utilizing data-driven analysis to optimize departmental performance and inform decision-making.

Qualifications

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

**Education:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field
• Master's Degree (preferred)

**Experience:**

• Two to five (2-5) years of progressive leadership responsibility within a healthcare setting

**Skills & Competencies:**

• Strong organizational attributes and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to support, direct, and collaborate with employees, leadership, physicians, and external audiences
• Proficiency with computer applications including word processing and spreadsheet software
