Nabila's is a Lebanese restaurant that pays homage to my mother & grandmother’s cooking – the kind of food only found in a Beirut home. In our first year open, we received a 2-star NY Times review and multiple accolades, and we continue to be full nightly in our 5th year in business.
We are a tight partnership that takes pride in our cuisine, commitment to excellence, and community ties. We have a healthy, positive, and respectful environment for all. We want a long-term Prep Cook who shares our values and wants to grow with us.
What we’re looking for
- High standards, attention to detail, strong work ethic
- Commitment to high kitchen safety and cleanliness standards
- Communication and organizational skills
- NYC restaurant experience
- DOH food handler’s certificate
- Nice person
Extra Credit if you…
- Have experience with Lebanese or other Middle Eastern cuisines
- Are a very nice person
