PRODUCT INTEGRITY MANAGER

Reports To Sr. Director of Responsible Supply Chain and Product Integrity Direct Reports Product Integrity Associate Overview The Product Integrity Manager will lead global execution of the company's chemical management and product integrity program, ensuring product safety and compliance standards meet and exceed licensor expectations. Key Accountabilities Stay current on industry, licensor, and global regulatory requirements affecting products shipped into each region Build out compliance standards and training expectations, and monitor new factories for adherence Support global teams in maintaining safe, compliant manufacturing practices Review audit and test results to confirm compliance with chemical and safety requirements Oversee failure remediation, lead root cause investigations, and implement preventative measures Coordinate with overseas testing partners to resolve issues and meet seasonal testing and documentation deadlines Run seasonal product risk assessments across all brands, collaborating with Sourcing and Design teams Flag and escape process or systems issues that slow program progress Build strong cross‑functional relationships with Sourcing, Design, overseas Merchandising, Quality Assurance, licensors, and third‑party service providers Help recruit, train, and develop team talent Take on special projects as needed Required Skills/Abilities/Education Bachelor's degree in Management or an apparel-related science 3-5+ years of experience in designing, developing, or manufacturing children's apparel (manufacturing environment experience a plus) Solid working knowledge of international safety regulations for children's apparel and accessories Self‑starter who can multitask and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills with close attention to detail Comfortable working with remote, multicultural teams Able to travel up to 30% Proficient with Excel and database systems Basic understanding of foundational chemistry Experience with AS400 and/or PLM systems a plus This is an in‑office role, reflecting the importance of hands‑on familiarity with product quality and craftsmanship across the brand portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hawkeye Search Group
