We are looking for either a Junior or an Intermediate I candidate, pending your level of experience. Interior Designer Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a CIDA-accredited university 2-4 years of professional experience in a commercial architecture or interior design firm Strong construction documentation skills in Revit, specific to corporate projects Proficient with Enscape NCIDQ certification preferred Strong interpersonal skills Strong in-person and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of an effective team A drive for design and a willingness to learn and grow Demonstrated competency in interior design specifications, industry standards, and application of building codes Candidates must be available to work in-person in Raleigh, NC. We are open to exploring candidates located in our other market, Austin, TX, but Raleigh, NC, is preferred. What You'll Do: As a Designer on our team, you’ll assist through all phases of projects, including: Test Fit Planning: Developing floor plans to meet tenants’ space needs. Field Verification: Conducting on-site assessments and inputting data into Revit. Construction Documents: Helping prepare detailed documents for project execution. Client Coordination: Communicating and collaborating with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless project flow.
