Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Trial Attorney role based in Scottsdale, AZ, with flexibility for remote work. The Trial Attorney will manage all phases of litigation and subrogation cases, including conducting legal research, preparing and filing motions, attending depositions, representing clients in court, and leading trials. Responsibilities also include providing expert legal counsel, strategy development, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law and familiarity with the legal framework surrounding litigation and subrogation
- Experience in preparing, filing, and arguing Motions
- Knowledge of court proceedings and experience with Trials
- Proficiency in conducting Depositions and gathering relevant case information
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with the State Bar
- Strong analytical, organizational, and legal writing skills
- Experience in subrogation or insurance law is a significant advantage
