This role ensures that solution deployments, customer implementations, delivery processes, and offered services are executed consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with global standards.The Global Delivery Manager acts as the central coordination point between regional delivery teams, global support, product management, and engineering, driving operational excellence and enabling scalable deployment models across Hexagon’s mining portfolio.This role leads the global delivery function, establishes KPIs, and ensures effective communication, alignment, and continuous improvement across all delivery activities.Key Objectives:Establish a globally consistent delivery framework for Hexagon Mining solutionsEnsure successful, repeatable, and scalable solution deployments across regionsImprove delivery performance, visibility, and accountability through metrics and governanceEnable seamless collaboration between Support, Product, and Regional TeamsDrive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices and standard processesMajor Areas of Responsibility:1.
