We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our company and support our Laurinburg/Maxton, NC location. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day warehousing operations by reviewing schedules, allocating resources, and leading teams to safely and efficiently meet shipping goals. You will train, coach, and develop employees while modeling Corteva’s commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to coordinate workflows, prepare seasonal operations, resolve issues, and support workforce planning. Through strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and active engagement, you will help ensure operational excellence, accurate reporting, and a positive, high‑performing team environment.

This role will be 100% on-site at the location.

What You’ll Do:

• Review shipping schedules, allocate team members and resources to complete schedules, and ensure shipping expectations are met

• Ensure employees are properly trained

• Serve as an example for others by modeling and implementing a commitment to safety and quality while maintaining efficient productivity throughout operations

• Analyze and resolve problems or assist employees in resolving problems

• Lead employees in their development by providing coaching and feedback

• Coordinate operation activities by assisting with preparing seasonal areas for warehouse operations, organizing and training teams, and collaborating with other departments

• Monitor product quality and ensure activities meet the needs of the Quality and Rough-Cut Capacity Plans

• Develop and maintain good communication and rapport with a variety of workers and external business partners

• Work with other leaders to coordinate workflows and resources between departments

• Provide input to workforce planning and development, scheduling, and creation of annual site plans

• Complete and maintain appropriate records, documents, or reports to ensure transactional excellence and data accuracy in business systems

• Other duties as assigned

Location Specific Items:

• Be the go-to for logistical transactions & research in SAP

• Actively manage inventory levels, including finished, held, & discard materials

• Schedule loads, labor, and operating plans to meet shipping targets

• Manage PROBOX® inventory

• Assist with the coordination of the location’s pest management program

• Liaison with regional logistical providers, sales agencies, & retail partners

• Monitor cycle count activities to assure monthly targets are met & lead the annual inventory process

• Manage the sites Heavy Truck Fleet & Powered Industrial Truck programs to maximize uptime

Education:

• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred

• Exhibits strong computer skills, enabling thorough analysis and interpretation of data using a variety of tools

• Actively engage with your team by spending time in operational areas beyond the office

• Willingness and flexibility to work a rotating shift and overtime, including weekends and holidays, as required during seasonal peaks

Physical Job Requirements:

• Stand and sit for extended periods

• Work both outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions

• Lift up to 60 lbs.

• Perform work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting

• Exposure to dust and plant allergens including but not limited to corn, sunflower, cotton, and canola pollen and protein and sorghum as well as potential mold spores and/or chemicals in the course of your duties

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, agriculture, or related discipline

• Experience in coaching, leading, and managing a diverse team in a fast-paced work environment

• Agricultural knowledge

• Experience in operations, warehousing, production, manufacturing, or related fields

• Experience with coaching and feedback (including training and mentoring others)

• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Methodology experience
