Position Details

• Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts; 7pm - 7 am

• Pay: Competitive + Daily Pay options

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides quality resident care while supervising and supporting nursing staff. This role includes implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee resident care in a safe, clean, and supportive environment

• Administer medications and monitor changes in resident condition

• Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and healthcare team members

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with safety protocols

• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records

• Follow all state, federal, and facility regulations and procedures

• Use and maintain nursing equipment properly

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (state required)

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program

• Current BLS or CPR certification

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
