Salary Range: $16.00 To $17.00 Hourly

SUMMARY:

The Aircraft Records Analyst supports Medway Air Ambulance’s maintenance and regulatory compliance programs by managing, reviewing, and maintaining all aircraft maintenance documentation. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and organization of aircraft records to support safe, compliant, and mission‑ready air medical operations. This position does not require an FAA mechanic certificate but does require strong technical comprehension and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance Records Administration

• Collect, review, and process aircraft maintenance documentation including logbook entries, work orders, inspection forms, and component change records.
• Ensure all documentation meets FAA, OEM, and Medway Air Ambulance standards.
• Maintain digital and physical aircraft records in an organized, audit‑ready format.

Data Entry & Tracking

• Enter maintenance data into approved maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, VERYON Etc..
• Track component times, cycles, and life‑limited parts.
• Prepare and update aircraft status reports, inspection due lists, and component tracking summaries.

Regulatory Compliance & Audit Support

• Assist with internal audits, FAA inspections, and accreditation reviews.
• Identify missing or incomplete documentation and coordinate with maintenance personnel to resolve discrepancies.

Support compliance with 14 CFR Part 135 and Part 91 maintenance record requirements.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Communicate with maintenance technicians, inspectors, and leadership to ensure timely submission of records.
• Coordinate with vendors and repair stations to obtain required documentation (e.g., 8130‑3 tags, Drug & Alcohol enrollment & participation).
• Provide documentation support to the Director of Maintenance and Quality Assurance team as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in aviation maintenance records, technical documentation, or related administrative roles.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance terminology.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with maintenance tracking software and Microsoft Office applications.

PREFERRED:

• Experience in Part 135 or air medical operations.
• Familiarity with CAMP, VERYON, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of FAA maintenance recordkeeping requirements.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical documents.
