Pay Rate : $17–$19 per hour, based on experience Shift : 3rd Shift, 11pm-7:30am Why you should apply to be a Machine Operator :

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator ?  You’ll be :

• Operating cup forming machines efficiently and safely within the Cup Forming Department.
• Identifying and reporting significant equipment issues for timely maintenance.
• Assembling and packing lightweight components (such as ice cream cups and tubs), and placing finished boxes on skids.
• Lifting cases weighing up to 30 lbs. to a height of up to 6 feet and pushing boxes using a cart.
• Inspecting products for quality, applying correct labeling, and ensuring production data is accurately recorded.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.

• Are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Are committed to upholding safety standards and GMP compliance, including the use of personal protective equipment (hairnets, gloves, safety glasses).
• Are comfortable with physical demands such as standing, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Are eager to learn and grow within a structured progression system (Levels C, B, and A) that recognizes your technical development.
