Medical Receptionist Miami, FL Pay From: $20 Per Hour MUST: 3+ years of experience in a high volume multi provider specialty medical office Checking patient in Collecting ID's and insurance cards Verifying insurance Scheduling appointments Answering phones Checking patients in and out Verifying insurance Ability to assist with inquiries Strong EMR documentation experience Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Handling translations for Spanish speaking patients DUTIES: The duties of the Medical Receptionist include but are not limited to the following: Answer phone calls Respond to inquiries Check patients in and out Collect ID's and insurance cards Verify insurance Schedule appointments Respond to inquiries Take detailed phone messages Enter patient information into EMR Provide customer service support Handle translations for Spanish speaking patients Document and update patient information in EMR Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
