In this role, you will perform comprehensive wound, ostomy, and continence assessments, develop evidence-based care plans, and deliver advanced treatments to improve healing and prevent complications. You will educate patients, families, and staff on ostomy management, skin care, and continence strategies, and serve as a clinical resource across units. Working in a collaborative, patient-centered culture, you’ll access cutting-edge technology and ongoing professional development in a leading Connecticut healthcare system.
