Nurse Practitioner (Hybrid - Florida Only)

We are seeking a licensed NursePractitioner based in Florida for a hybrid role combining remote work with occasional travel to healthcare providers. In this position, you'll serve as a clinical liaison, supporting healthcare practitioners with front-end medical billing and coding initiatives while ensuring compliance with payer requirements, healthcare workflows, and HIPAA regulations. Job Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with healthcare practitioners (HCPs). Support providers with medical documentation, coding, and payer requirements. Assist in improving front-end medical billing and coding processes. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations. Provide guidance on healthcare workflows and reimbursement best practices. Travel to provider locations as needed while working remotely. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Florida with independent practice authority. Experience working with or supporting healthcare practitioners. Strong knowledge of medical coding, payer requirements, and healthcare workflows. Familiarity with front-end medical billing and coding processes. Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel within Florida as needed. Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. Peripherals and Workspace: A functioning webcam. A noise-canceling USB headset. A quiet, dedicated home office space.
