Assistant ServerThe assistant server's responsibilities include:Assisting the servers' needs is the priorityFollowing the sequence of service as established by venueWorking as a team to ensure flawless service to all guestsSetting and resetting tablesClearing tablesAccommodating all guest's requests and anticipating needsCandidates must enjoy social interaction and teamwork. Previous experience at a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred. We offer comprehensive training. Position offers great opportunity to develop to a server role.Wequassett Resort and Golf Club is an exquisite 27-acre waterfront resort on beautiful Pleasant Bay. We are know for our award-winning service culture with an unparalleled commitment to go above and beyond for our guests.
