ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the growth and development of our agency network across the New Castle region.
Recruit, train, and support high-performing independent producers to expand our reach.
Provide expert guidance on product positioning to help brokers solve complex client needs.
Maintain strong relationships with regional partners and corporate stakeholders to ensure operational success.
Analyze market trends and adjust growth strategies to keep our offerings competitive and relevant.
Foster a culture of professional excellence and ethical standards throughout our agency network.
RequirementsActive Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
Documented track record of success in independent insurance brokerage or agency management.
Deep understanding of life insurance products, annuities, and wealth protection strategies.
Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of independent brokers.
Strong organizational skills for managing complex distribution channels.
Experience in business development and networking within the financial services sector.
