Description Regional Sales Manager - Sheet Metal Fabrication (Western/Central Territory) Western/Central Territory (WA, OR, MT, ID, WY, CA, NV, AZ, UT, TX, OK, AR, MO, NE) | Remote with Regional Travel Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for mentoring teams, building relationships, and achieving results? This is an incredible opportunity to lead a talented team of Fabrication Specialists, strengthen partnerships across the Western and Central US region, and drive the continued growth of a global leader in sheet metal fabrication solutions. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you’ll: Drive Growth: Develop and execute regional sales strategies that exceed goals and fuel business expansion. Engage Customers: Build lasting relationships with key accounts, providing technical expertise and trusted guidance. Support in the Field: Travel regionally to collaborate with your team, attend customer meetings, and deliver impactful product presentations. Monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, and territory results — using data to drive accountability. Partner with sales management, marketing, and operations to align on priorities and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Represent Mate: Attend trade shows, open houses, and industry events to expand Mate’s presence and influence. Minimum of five years of sales and/or sales management experience in a related industry. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with CAD or programming software is a plus. Ability to travel regionally with approximately 9-11 overnights per month High school diploma or equivalent required; Total Compensation: $75,000–$165,000/year (base + commissions + bonuses)
