We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Workers (PCWs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team. If you’re passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of others, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

• Help residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical, mental, or emotional condition.

• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.

• Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting residents’ independence and dignity.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.

• Document care provided and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

• Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and resident care plans.

• CNAs/STNAs: Obtain and record vital signs, assist with clinical care within your scope of practice, and support the nursing team as directed.

Qualifications:

• PCW: Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required; training may be provided.

• CNA/STNA: Current, active certification in good standing.

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

• Reliable, compassionate, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
