Front of House Manager

We're hiring a Restaurant Manager at Leftovers Cafe (Jupiter, FL) For 18 years, Leftovers Cafe has been one of Jupiter's most beloved spots: fresh local seafood, live music, and regulars who feel like family. We're part of Little Moir's Restaurant Group, a locally owned, independent group of restaurants deeply rooted in this community. We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who leads from the floor, not the office. Someone who keeps FOH and BOH running as one team, coaches with consistency, and treats every guest interaction like it matters (because it does). What you'll do: Oversee day-to-day operations across FOH and BOH, hire and mentor team members, build schedules to meet labor targets, manage cash handling and end-of-day paperwork, keep inventory and vendor relationships tight, and uphold the Little Moir's culture every shift. What we're looking for: Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, strong situational judgment, working knowledge of scheduling, Toast POS system, Restaurant 365, and financial paperwork, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
