You will work closely with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans, monitor healing progress, ensure accurate documentation, and promote the highest standards of clinical care. This is a true wound care-focused position - you will not be routinely working the floor, pushing a medication cart, or taking on-call shifts.
