This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in quality work and can contribute throughout the construction process, from rough framing through finish work.ResponsibilitiesPerform residential rough framing, including walls, floors, roofs, and structural componentsRead and work from plans, drawings, and specificationsInstall doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and other finish materialsComplete interior and exterior finish carpentryMeasure, cut, fit, and install materials accuratelyAssist with general construction tasks as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized job siteWork independently while following project plans and contractor directionTake pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality workmanshipQualificationsPrevious residential carpentry experience requiredStrong frame-to-finish carpentry skills preferredAbility to read and understand construction plansComfortable using common hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, hardworking, and able to work independentlyAbility to stay productive and anticipate job-site needsOSHA/safety training is a plusBenefitsPaid days off + sick timeFull health insuranceWeekly pay — on time, every timeTool reimbursementFree OSHA + safety trainingHeated work in winter where applicableSteady work opportunitiesQuick response from real people, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
